Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be rest stops along the course, and what amenities will be provided?

Participants can expect reasonably distanced aid stations along the route with a variety of amenities to keep you fueled and hydrated during the ride, along with bathrooms and basic mechanical support. Our aid stations provide electrolytes and plain water, and an assortment of nutrient dense and tasty snacks to keep the pedals turning. Additionally, we are mindful of different dietary restrictions and will have options to meet most anyone's needs.

Can I Ride my E-Bike??

Class 1 and Class 3 pedal-assist e-bikes are welcome on all courses.

Class 2 e-bikes with a purely throttle-powered mode are not allowed on course.

We are excited about the accessibility e-bikes offer those in the cycling community who may otherwise not participate. While we welcome Class 1 and 3 e-bikes on all courses, we are not able to provide or guarantee access to power outlets to keep your bike topped off.

Participants are responsible for ensuring their bicycle battery is fully charged before beginning their ride and that they understand its capabilities for the distance, speed, and elevation they have chosen to ride.

Are there support vehicles or mechanics available in case of emergencies or bike repairs?

The 2024 Lebanon Strawberry Century is committed to supporting cyclists on event day, ensuring that every participant can successfully complete their ride. Along the route, cyclists can expect basic mechanical support at aid stations to address minor issues, keeping riders rolling along smoothly. In the event of a larger mechanical failure, dedicated SAG drivers will be able to assist cyclists and provide transportation if needed.

This unwavering dedication to rider support understcores the event's ethos of inclusivity and community, ensuring that all cyclists feel supported and empowered to keep pedaling towards their goals. Cylists can ride with confidence, knowing that help is always close at hand.
